SFP-Europa is present in the Staff Committee (CDP) and at the Inter-Union Committee (COMI).

At interinstitutional level, SFP-Europa was involved in the negotiations on the 2004 and 2014 revisions of the Staff Regulations. We will be present for the next one.

Judgment C-366/21 - Pension rights
The SFP-Europa presented Art.90.1. in the sense of requests for a total of 114 colleagues.

It is a question of obtaining individual decisions allowing later to claim and to go further.
As a reminder, it is this lack of decision which justified the rejections of the articles 90 filed from 2004 and of the initial case C-366/21.
