The SFP-Europa has followed more than 150 "Art. 90.1" and "Art. 90.2" cases and was an "intervening party" before the Court of Justice, which, on 2 July 2025, dismissed Case T-253/24 and joined Cases T-131/24, T-152/24, and T-228/24.
